Pilot's Cake

A cake for a Pilot celebrating his 75th B-day. Top tier is vanilla with strawberry cheesecake filling. Bottom tier is vanilla with guava filling. Note: Plane is not made of sugar. I'm not THAT talented yet - LOL!
