I have no idea what this stands for or what a "goon" is... lol. One of my friends said, "can you make a goon cake" and I was like "What"... so, I looked on the internet and this cake popped up so I made one like it. So, here is a Goon Cake. The mouth, eyes, lettering and I covered the nose with fondant. The rest is buttercream. I told the girl when they eat it, she better make sure everyone has toothbrushes cuz al their teeth are gonna be black.. lol
