I made this for my niece London's 7th birthday. she was glued to the television during the olympics and fell in love with the gymnasts. The idea for this cake came from bellsandbows gymnastics cake. The gymnast on top was a cookie made by Joanne914. She also made cookie favors for all the kids and big grown up kids at the gymnastics center. Sorry about the picture quality but I forgot my camera and had to buy a disposable one. The cake suffered in the heat of that August day.
