Client wanted a cake that had fish on it so this is what I came up with after looking at many fish/ocean cakes on here. I tried the FBCT, but I did not follow the directions to the letter and thought I could cut corrners well the only one that came out OK was the clam so the other fish I did with the pipeing gel transfer.
