This cake was made for a friend of mine who wanted a fall colored sheet cake for her brother's birthday. It gave me the perfect opportunity to practice with fondant. The cake is pound cake, the icing buttercream and the leaves, pumpkins and acorns are all fondant. It was so much fun.
