i did this giant cupcake for a door prize for our women's ministries event today. i just bought the pan this week. i must say i had some problems icing the top. the theme of the event was "kids & kupcakes" so i decided to go with a more "natural" look of the icing on top instead of smooth. not sure i'm thrilled with how it turned out, but it's cute. i'm a critique subgroup member. thanks for your input
