This is my first official disaster cake due to hurricane IKE! I'm in texas and it is not storming where i'm at but it is so humid all of my icing melted off the cake at the last minute and this is the end result after a quick re icing of the cake at the event! Anybody have any tips on what to do to help icing in horribly hot humid weather? I need a hurrican proof icing ! oh and it was for a lady's 80th birthday
