I planned to make a birthday cake with a big G on it for this UGA alum. After seeing various UGA themed cakes here and reading the cake central article on frozen buttercream transfers, I was inspired to make this cake with the bulldog. I was really nervous about it but figured that if it didn't work, I'd go back to the G plan! It turned out okay. It could have been better but I was pretty satisfied with this being my first FBCT. I can't wait to try one again!
