This was my first wedding cake that I made with bc frosting and the roses were made with gumpaste. I didn't have a clue how to make them as I had never had a class, so I made each petal and placed them on one at a time. the dots were out of royal icing made ahead to harden and them placed randomly on the cake It inspired me to take classes and now I am hooked.
