this was choc cake w/ BC in vanilla coconut and chocolate fondant. Was my first test bake in the cafe i am now using as my LEGAL !!!! cake business. I gave it to the owner to share because i used satin ice fondant and in this small town, sorry to say but wilton fondant has left a foul taste in some peoples mouths. he thought i had a cookie cutter for the cup...nope, cut by hand also fondant
