This is a 1/2 sheet cake with Elmo drawn on free hand and filled with fur (tip # 199) The theme was ELMO and the colors and design needed to match the invite that had balloons on it. The music notes are plastic decor, and made to look like Elmo is singing Happy Birthday! Not too bad for a 15 minute decor cake.
