This is the biggest cake that I have done yet. I made this for a wedding last week and had to transport it 2 hours from Windsor to london ontario. 2 of the satelite cakes were chocolate, 2 were vanilla. The bottom layer of the main cake was coconut and the top three layers were supposed to be carrot but the top layer did not make it so I have to make a dummy at the last minute. Very hectic but fun....and best of all the bride loved it!!!!!
