Vanilla Rum Cake with Fondant - This is my 1st paid cake! This is my 1st cake after not doing any cakes for about 6 months, because I don't trust the way my cakes come out. I'm happy to say that I am actually proud of this one and I noticed how much I missed baking/decorating cakes!
