Hi all. This is my son's birthday cake. One tier is chocolate with khalua syrop infusion and the other two are vanilla with butter toffee syrop. (We "bath" our cakes in Puerto Rico) The yellow-black tier was so much work, it was so humid that the fondant was not working with me. I mold everything for the first time. My son wanted a figure with the hands up and that was also a challenge. There are some things I wish turn out better but the weather was not cooperating. Thanks for looking.
