Thanks to cakesoutside the box for this idea. I chose not to place a board under the chin, but rather baked a rectangle cake (shoulders), a loaf (neck and face) and a cake in a tuna tin (nose) - and lots of dowels, as it had to travel!! It was for my friends son - and as she has a thing for 3D, and he has a thing for Scooby - this was the result.
