Here is a butter cream cameo cake I made for my Grandmother's 90th birthday. She has decorated cakes since the 1950's using the old Ateco metal tubes and tips. The cameo's on the top and sides are made of tinted white chocolate. The cakes baked at high altitude, traveled 9 miles on dirt road, traveled another 40 minutes in to town, and survived 90* tempatues. I was so grateful they arrived with out any major repairs to make.
