I made this for my dd's birthdays, ages 6 and 7, for our family party. I was amazed they agreed on the theme! Buttercream with fondant stars/notes. Buttercream designs on side of cake. Cookie guitar topper and music note on bottom tier. Gave the cookies out as part of the favors for the kids. The Hannah Montana sign is color flow. It started to run though. I think because of the condensation from the cake. Maybe I put it on too soon after taking the cake out of the fridge? 10" bottom tier, 6" top.
