My most detailed (difficult) cake yet. 2 layer 12" round Hummingbird cake filled with white choc. cream ch. BC with airbrushed MMF. An 8" comma Snickerdoodle cake is above that. The lighthouse is mostly RKT, covered in MMF. The cage's vertical bars are gp (as are the other red pieces of that section) and the horiz. bars are RI. An edible clear gem was used for the lens of the light and around that is gelatine sheets held by gp and RI. The shells are candy melts, the anemones & fish fondant, the whale's
