Chocolate sponges filled with milk choc ganache on bottom tier and white choc ganache on top tier. Covered with homemade belgian white and milk choc sugarpaste. Topper is just one I put on for the photo as colour doesnt; quite match, as the bride had her own to put on at the venue.
