This cake is called Daisy Burst. You can find it in the 2006 wilton yearbook. I just made it smaller. For the big Daisy I made it a few days ahead so it would stand up right. Rolled out fondant used a pizza cut to cut strips. I made it as long as I wanted.I let the strip dry a day or 2. Made the yellow dot, I used a lollipop stick not the florist wires. I put a yellow dot on the front and the back, before adding the yellow dot to the back I put the stick on 1st then the yellow dot and let it dry more. :D

Heads up on this the bigger the daisy the heavyer it is. I did have fun making it. It would like cuter if I made the flowers smaller and would have added 2 more. :roll:
