This cake was inspired by JenniferMI's beautiful yellow cake using fresh flowers. I covered cake in mmf and molded roses from it as well (first time molding roses!). Top layer is apricot nectar cake with apricot swiss meringue buttercream and bottom layer is WASC raspberry cake with raspberry white chocolate cream cheese frosting.
