9" round. Party hats are ice cream cones covered in GP, rolled with Wilton impression roller. Covered in BC, Fondant stars, circles & bottom border. GP message done with FMM Funky Letter cutters (LOVE THEM!!!). Inspired by a cake by AZrunner
