Couples Wedding Shower

Couples Wedding Shower on Cake Central

This was for my daughter and her fiance's wedding shower, held at a funky Deep Ellum (Dallas) nightclub where he frequently DJs. All sides are edible images; the murals are painted on the club's outside wall. The cake wasn't nearly as lopsided as the photos show - had a hard time getting good photos. :( Two layers of chocolate fudge and two of WASC with buttercream. The couple and the guests loved it.

Just like a picture cube. The borders and the cake plate just set it off even more. In the top view it looks like you pressed the border on a little too hard making a boo boo on the corner. Other than that the cake looks great!!

Critique Subgroup Member: besides the few places where you pressed a little too hard, I think it's perfect- and what a cool idea! I know exactly which club that is and it's a perfect look for a funky cake- awesome work

Critique Subgroup Member: This is so cool. It reminds me of a musical photo block my parents used to have when I was knee-high to an ant hole! You did a wonderful job using black on this.
