So, this is my second attemp at decorating for someone (outside of family). I've been taking a cake decorating class at a local collage and i've learned so much. I was most excited about learning to make different flowers. I used the apple blossoms on this cake and i think it turned out well. All thought i had a hard time with the royal icing recipes, but i finally found one that worked. Thanks for looking!!!
