This was for a 75th Birthday for a lady whose name is Myrtle and the whole family calls her Myrtle Turtle. It was a 8 inch chocolate cake with Paula Deans caramel filling. All the roses and Turtle are made of White chocolate clay. Mhy friend only gave me 20 hours notice to make this cake so this is what I came up with.
