Chocolate Curls Tower
2 x 4" chocolate cakes, stacked on top of each other. Each cake was 4" tall, torted 3 times and filled with chocolate ganache buttercream. Then a thin layer of sugarpaste on the outside before spreading with white chocolate ganache, and then covering with chocolate cigarellos (curls). Topped with chocolate truffles. This was taken to friends as a 'thank you', when we went to dinner!
