Thank you! To answer the above questions, no the cake is not pre-cut. We have a sheet cake marker that we use to mark out the slices, then we take a string to score it. The sky was acheived by flatting the cake white and then we took a bit of blue and used a wet spatula to work it in to give it the "smeared" look.
