This was a birthday cake for a 14 year old. I took it from a Wilton's Book Idea. Basic Vanilla and Chocolate and Buttercream frosting. The spirals needed to sit longer they started to crack but I was using this technique for the first time. I'm just glad the dang pan fit in the oven. Thanks for looking.
