Ottawa Senators Hockey Nhl Birthday Cake
White cake with icing I mixed with lemon curd for good taste underneath it all. Marshmallow fondant ice surface, with fondant walls, held up for a day with water bottles for shape. The image colors are all hand drawn with edible markers fine tipped. The nets were made with royal icing. For a 7 year old birthday.
This is so creative and nicely done (can't imagine all the work you put into this - thanks for sharing your techniques).
