This little girl was in the hospital the weekend of her b-day! Poor thing! Her mom ordered last minute just hoping for some plain cupcakes, but I knew orignally they had planned on doing a scooby-doo themed party. So, this was her surprise! Ribbons inspired by CAKERY!!! Love her!
