This is one of many cakes that I've made for my church's special occasions. This one was for a Confirmation reception. It is entirely buttercream with piping gel crosses, pearls, and plastic Wilton doves. Prior to serving, it was displayned on short push in pillars over a larger matching sheet cake to increase the number of servings.
