Another Practice Cake
for this cake, i tried to replicate some piping from a pic that a bride had given me. the pic is soooo blurry that the details were really hard to see. after doing this cake, i'm kinda glad she didn't hire me.... esp.since there was no way i'd be able to duplicate the picture for her.
You iced them beautifully...straight edges. From what I can tell, you did a great job piping. Did you create this cake for her to decide on whether to hire you????
no...i just decided to try it to see if i could do it... she had her cake tasting back in january...said she'd be in touch and i've yet to hear from her.
Your cake is beautiful and I can't see why she wouldn't like it.
