This cake was a disaster! It was a REALLY hot day., the filling was Gelatin based and when we got there the whole cake split apart. A REALLY good lesson learned, cause next time a customer wants this type of filling on a day like that... I will DEFINITELY say no!...... on the bright side, this was salvageable
