Royal Icing
Practise cake for royal icing. Cake is coated in 3 layers of r.i. and then r.i accents added. First go for cornelli work.

I used no6 overpiped with no2 for shape and piped cornelli squiggles with a no1

One of the most beautiful cakes ever. Straight into my favourites. It is so elegant looking. Your comment about practice cake for royal icing - is it a course you are taking? It is exquisite how you did the platform the cake sits on. You should be extemely proud of yourself.
