My month of a billion first birthday cakes (literally a January baby boom!) is wrapping up with this Baby Einstein cake and Smash Cake, iced in butter cream, and caterpillar head is a plastic cake kit, the body is fondant cut-outs as was the name "Jack" it was really fun to make!
