Fondant fire truck. I used 2 packs of the small wilton precolored red fondant and added more red gel color and white fondant to get the red RED. It was carved from a sheet pan then stacked 2 layers on top and the front of the truck has 3 layers of cake. Yes, this took a long, long time to do. Next time I will charge more.
