Forgot to add a description: This was for a woman in the Red Hat Society who was having a birthday. It's a 12" layer with two 8" layers on top, then carved a bit to look like a hat. The flowers are are all buttercream.

LOVE this hat as well!! Thanks for the sizes of the pans you used. I love all of the detail from the rim to the roses. I think you are going to be the "hat diva" for this group.
