Nutcracker Cake
This was for a 1st birthday party that was themed the Nutcracker. I wasn't really happy with the "tree". They loved it, so that is what really matters. The cake was spice cake with cream cheese filling and buttercream icing. The tiara was gumpaste and the ballet slippers were fondant/gumpaste.
