Comfy Pillow Cake
I made this for our Jazzercise group. My first pillow cake - I wanted to try something fun - my first go at sculpting! Cake is covered in fondant with fondant decorations. Bunny slippers are gum paste.

An excellent job and for a 1st too. I want to try this some day. How hard was it to get the fondant so neat and smooth underneath and did you have trouble with the fondant on the corners?

Rosiepan, I just trimmed the edges just right and kinda tucked and wrapped them under a little. It wasn't too tricky. Plus, if you don't get it just perfect, the rope and tassles can hide it a little :wink:
