Thanks Kayah, the shiny stuff is Edible Art Disco glitter in Way Too Pink. You only need to apply a little with a paint brush to a lightly dampened surface. I get it from the UK but I am sure you can get it or something similar in the States. Thanks for your compliments. I am now starting my first official Wedding cake. Wish me luck
