Dump Truck Cake.
3-D dump truck cake which I made up as I went along. Had to make my own pattern as I could not find anything suitable in any of my books. It worked out fine in the end. Carved from 2 lemon 9x13 cakes filled with lemon curd. Wheels are fondant / gumpaste. Complete with chocolate wafer crumb dirt with gummy worm.
Wow fantastic, it is so clean and faultless looking. A really big well done!
Very well done, is the back gumpaste held up by toothpicks? Great job :lol:
