I made this Key lime cake, because I was in the mood for a lime cake. It is a white sour cream cake with lime curd filling. It is iced with a margarita flavored buttercream. The icing turned out really soft so my borders wanted to fall over so I decided to add some corelli lace on top and some sotas on the sides. Everyone said it was delicious. Comments are appreciated.
