Christmas Party Cake

Made this for my SIL"S Christmas party. My first attempt at stacking and string work. Learned that I definitely need to bake ahead, fill and let settle to prevent the "love handles", and that you can't make royal flowers the same day and expect them to be dry. Overall I am very pleased with the way it turned out,though.

Aaahhhhh no you can't make royal flowers & use them the same day:) Nice attempt. With a bit more practice you will do just great shortly.
