Ornament Cupcakes
My first attempt at ornament cupcakes. I made the tops the way that yourstrulyx told me she did it [with molded foil]. It worked pretty well. They are red velvet cupcakes, with buttercream between the cupcake and top round part and covering the whole thing, fondant covering the top, and royal icing decorations [except for the thingy that holds the hook--fondant, and the hook and loopy thing is thin-gauge jewelery wire]. I put luster dust on some, pearl dust on others, it's just hard to see in the photo.

They have a tutorial on here, and there is a forum post about how to make them too--a CC user told me how to do them without the mini-ball pan.
