Modern Thanksgiving Cake
Decided to do something other than my standard buttercream with flowers. So, this is my first buttercream/fondant cake. I'm still working on smooth icing, but I like it. On my way to dinner with friends - hope my hosts like it too!
thank u Danin'. Good critique - i didn't have any idea of scale, but I saw a cake with huge circles on AMD, and thought I would emulate. I'll try one with smaller circles next time, and see what it looks like.

Very nice...love the brown only thing i would recommend though, is to try and not make the biggest circles...too big...because your cake is so small it just over powers your cake...nice going for your first time though....just a suggestion :) :)
