My first fondant cake, July â07, for the baby shower of a good friend. 12âx4â for the stroller, chocolate cake with ganache filling, torted into 6 layers, 6âx3â for the wheels, white cake with vanilla crème filling, torted into 4 layers. I would do a lot of things differently now, but at the time I felt very proud with the results.
