Made in less that 12hrs, customer and I got our wires crossed thot b'day was next week, got a call on fri to say they were coming for cake sat morning!, dash home from work at 6pm, baked the cakes and chucked them in the fridge to cool, filled and sandwiched, then covered in royal icing(big mistake! could not get it smooth). woke up 6am to finish the piping and decoration. Customer was happy but not estatic as they wanted a flatter more field like cake, but had to work with the tin and board i had at home.
