Chocolate Wedding Cake
This is the cake I made for my daughters wedding. It is made with chocolate cake layers with orange marmalade and chocolate ganache in between. The cakes were then covered with ganache and chocolate shards covered the sides. It was served as a desert with berries and creme fraiche.
