Hello Kitty Birthday Cake
Made for my dd's 5th bday. My first stacked cake. Bottom is 11x15 & was strawberry. Kitty was shaped from a 9" stacked chocolate fudge cake. Iced in buttercream w/ fondant bow, facial features & flowers. This was so much fun & less time consuming than past bday cakes.

I just rolled out fondant. Had I had skewers I probably would have covered them
