For my son's birthday cake he wanted Mater and the Ghost light. It is from a short film that is on the dvd of Cars, and they have a little book of the story...anyways, here is my rushed Mater. He is Baby Food Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing. Features are fondant, and a ghost Peep marshmallow candy. I'm used to my crusting buttercream, so the creamy cream cheese icing was a little different to work with on a 3d cake.
